Wells River, Vt.  (Jan. 27, 2010)  Green Mountain Monogram Inc., a screen printing and embroidery business specializing in trackside merchandise sales, is proud to announce it’s multi-year deal with SCSW, Inc., -- the new owners of the Super Chevy Show series.  

 

The Super Chevy Show series is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. The historic event features drag racing, car show, swap meet, car corral and vendor midway attractions at 10 of the top motorsports facilities in the nation. The series has contracted with Green Mountain Monogram, of Wells River, to be their exclusive provider for officially licensed screen-printed and embroidered apparel.

 

“It is a win-win situation” said Gene Eastman, CEO and President of Green Mountain Monogram Inc. “Through our multi-year affiliation with General Motors, and our recent agreement with the Super Chevy Show series, we are ecstatic about the potential we have by working with both companies.”

 

Eastman’s company, now in it’s 24th year, continues to secure a stronghold in the motorsports merchandise sector.

 

SCSW's President, John Bandimere Jr., said the ownership group was looking to partner with an experienced organization.

 

"The group at Green Mountain Monogram is a natural fit for the series and already has provided added value to the Super Chevy Show series through their existing relationships with General Motors, Chevrolet, and Source Interlink Media, publishers of Super Chevy Magazine," Bandimere said. "These guys really know the industry, and are already working to produce merchandise and souvenirs our fans will enjoy.”

 

The Super Chevy show series was sold at the end of the 2009 season by long-time owner Roger Gustin and Auto Star Productions to the newly formed SCSW. The current series ownership group represents a completely new concept in motorsports, where tracks participating in the series now own and produce their event and share combined resources, such as Green Mountain Monogram’s services, with other member tracks.
